Our Core Principles
We are committed to high quality, professional and innovative service delivered in aged care services and aged care programs that are accessible to the local community. Hawthorn’s Victoria Gardens and Parklands, Kew provides 24 hour serviced accommodation, personal and special care, supervised by the management onsite. Both residences offer long term permanent care or short term care (day care, convalescent and respite care)
Our mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents and within the community which they live and work.
We believe that:
· All residents deserve a dignified, comfortable and secure environment in which to live.
· All residents must be able to satisfy their emotional, spiritual, social, physical, intellectual and aesthetic needs.
· All residents living in our homes need maximum choice in their lives without infringing on the rights and the needs of others.
It is our aim that all residents feel like it is their home and that they can come and go as they please; that they can entertain friends and relatives inside and/or outside the buildings.
